The Gardner Leader team led by Sally Addis and Lewis Harvey advised the shareholders of I-CAN Qualifications Limited (ICQ Awards) on the sale of the company to The Work Force Development Trust (WDT).
ICQ Awards are a nationally recognised regulated awarding organisation and End-Point Assessment organisation, and a trusted partner to some of the biggest names in health, retail, engineering and hospitality. They now join forces with WDT, the parent organisation of Skills for Health, Skills for Justice, People 1st International and SFJ Awards.
