Gardner Leader LLP has advised the shareholders of OxDevice Limited on the sale of their shares to Kaleidex (a private equity backed acquirer).
OxDevice is a specialist developer and manufacturer of minimally invasive medical devices, based in Oxfordshire. With proprietary expertise in nitinol processing, fibre-optic sensor integration, and ISO Class 7 cleanroom assembly, OxDevice supports early-stage MedTech innovators and OEMs in taking complex products from concept to clinical trial readiness. The company is recognised for its ability to solve challenging engineering problems with precision, speed, and regulatory excellence.
