Brown & Brown (Europe) Ltd, part of Brown & Brown Inc. (Brown & Brown), has acquired the entire share capital of All Medical Professionals Ltd (AMP), trading as All Med Pro.
AMP is a Swindon-based digital insurance broker serving medical professionals across the Dentistry, Life Science and Hospital sectors. Founded in 2011 by Company Directors Tom Chaston and Adam O’Keeffe, AMP has developed a strong reputation for delivering specialist, technology-enabled solutions to medical professionals.
Brown & Brown, Inc. (NYSE: BRO) is a leading insurance brokerage firm delivering comprehensive and customised insurance solutions and specialisation since 1939.
Tom, Adam and their team will continue with the business post-acquisition, operating from its existing location in Swindon and continuing to trade under the All Med Pro name.
