We are delighted to have assisted the shareholders of software developer iTrinegy Limited on the sale of the Company to Calnex Solutions plc. The Gardner Leader team was led by Philip Humphreys and assisted by Gail Vallis, Karron Whitter and Belinda Walters.

Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Stevenage, iTrinegy’s NE-ONE technology software-based network emulation platforms provide organisations – primarily across the technology, financial, gaming and military and government sectors – with the ability to accurately recreate complex, real-world network test environments in which to analyse the performance of applications, before deployment. Its customer base includes organisations such as Juniper Networks, JPMorgan Chase, Ubisoft Games, as well as the government and military in the UK and US.
Graham Wood, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Itrinegy said: “Gardner Leader came highly recommended but we also took the time to follow up their references. Our decision to choose Gardner Leader was fully vindicated having now successfully completed this complex deal. We knew they had the expertise and we expected, and received, excellent advice but it was their availability and reactiveness that impressed me the most. They have more than lived up to their reputation.”
