Kerrie is a Associate in our Dispute Resolution Team.
She acts for businesses and individuals in commercial disputes including breach of contract issues, shareholder and corporate disputes, consumer law and insolvency matters as well as in defamation claims. Kerrie qualified in 2022 having completed training seats in commercial dispute resolution and the residential conveyancing, real estate and family teams.
Work highlights:
- Obtaining an ex-parte injunction for a client against a Czech company in insolvency proceedings
- Acting for five parties in a multi-million pound partnership dispute in the Business and Property Courts
- Acting for two Defendants in defamation and harassment proceedings
