Gardner Leader has secured a significant Court of Appeal success for the Appellants in Titanium Capital Investments Ltd & Ors v Hughes & Ors, a substantial commercial dispute arising out of a former partnership established to sell Covid-19 lateral flow tests.
The appeal team was led by Gardner Leader LLP’s Sam Pinder and Kerrie Duffy, instructing Lexa Hilliard KC (Wilberforce Chambers), Kate Rogers and Sam Lane (both Radcliffe Chambers) for the Appellants.
