Gardner Leader LLP has advised the shareholders of Oxford Computer Consultants (OCC) on the sale of their shares to System C (backed by CVC Capital Partners).
Oxford-based OCC is a leading IT business, specialising in integrated contracts and finance solutions for social care within local government as well as designing and developing customised software for a broad range of public and private sector organisations and providing consultancy services to a wide range of industries. OCC has a longstanding partnership with System C’s Liquidlogic offering for the joint provision of integrated social care software systems.
The Gardner Leader team was led by Partner, Sally Addis and Corporate Consultant, Will Nash in its Oxford office and were supported by Property Consultant Emma McParland and Senior Associate Gail Vallis. Fiona Sutherland of MSA Law advised the shareholders on tax matters.
Sally Addis and her team joined Gardner Leader in March 2023.
